Tri-Pack Hiring Team Lead Administration

Tri-Pack Films Limited, a part of the renowned Packages Group, seeks a highly experienced Team Lead Administration to manage and oversee administrative and security operations across all Tri-Pack facilities. This position will be based at our Port Qasim plant in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient execution of administrative and security services across all facilities, ensuring smooth office and plant operations.
• Manage general administrative tasks such as staff facilitation, welfare services, maintenance, and third-party service providers for canteen, transport, housekeeping, hygiene, and more.
• Oversee security administration and protocols across all locations.
• Coordinate shift-wise operations and the assignments of Admin Officers.
• Handle emergency responses as per established plans.
• Liaise with government and external bodies to support company projects.
• Ensure company policy implementation and compliance with internal regulations.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Arts.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in general and security administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong administrative and security management skills.
• Understanding of labour laws and occupational safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent team management, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict management abilities.
• Effective time management.

This is a permanent position, reporting to the Manager Administration.
