Job Description

Paragon Constructors (Pvt) Ltd is actively seeking a seasoned and skilled Manager Electrical – QS to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing project cost estimations, formulating budgets, and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ) during the tender stage. Key responsibilities include developing and obtaining approvals for procurement budgets and Project Information Forms (PIF), drafting subcontractor agreements, and processing monthly bills for approval. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and conducting joint verifications with cost surveyors and relevant stakeholders. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in high-rise building projects.
