You will be responsible for overseeing production targets, quality control, and implementing new processes. - Responsibilities:
- Meet production targets and KPIs
- Control shrinkage, skewness, and WIP
- Achieve Right First Time (RFT) in production
- Develop and implement new processes and techniques
