Aisha Steel Mills Limited (Arif Habib Group) is looking for a Security Supervisor to join our Admin & Security Department at our mill-based position in Port Qasim, Karachi.

Job Description:

The security supervisor will oversee all security operations within the mill. This role requires high vigilance, ensuring security personnel are properly trained, deployed, and equipped. The supervisor will also manage security documentation and ensure adherence to security protocols, including executive protection. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the military and relevant manufacturing industry experience.

Job Details:

• Position Title: Security Supervisor
• Job Type: Full-time (Mill-based position)
• Job Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Retired Army personnel with exposure to the manufacturing industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remain alert regarding all security-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation for guards deployed in the mill or during executive protection.
• Ensure guards are fully aware of their duties and responsibilities.
• Check the serviceability of weapons and ammunition issued to guards.
• Ensure posts remain fully guarded and guards are deployed per the guard deployment policy.
• Maintain and endorse remarks on the overall standard of guards in the “Security Inspection Register.”
