1. Chief Executive
Salary: PKR 950,000/month
Qualifications: 16 years of education in Educational Leadership, Management, Public Policy, or related fields
Experience: 10+ years of leadership in education management
Age: 35-50 years
2. Director (Libraries)
Salary: PKR 750,000/month
Qualifications: 16 years of education in Management, IT, or relevant fields
Experience: 8+ years in library or infrastructure development
Age: 35-50 years
3. Director (Schools)
Salary: PKR 750,000/month
Qualifications: 16 years of education in Education or related fields
Experience: 8+ years of leadership in educational settings
Age: 35-50 years
4. Director (Operations)
Salary: PKR 710,000/month
Qualifications: 16 years of education in Finance, Administration, or related fields
Experience: 8+ years in educational management
Age: 35-50 years
5. School Head
Salary: PKR 350,000/month
Qualifications: 16 years of education in Education Management
Experience: 6+ years in school management
Age: 30-45 years
6. Wellbeing Officer
Salary: PKR 150,000/month
Qualifications: 16 years of education in Psychology or related fields
Experience: 2+ years in child psychology
Age: 25-35 years
7. Gym Coach (Female Only)
Salary: PKR 100,000/month
Qualifications: 16 years of education in Physical Education
Experience: 2+ years in fitness training
