Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls, located in Shaheed Benazirabad, is the first cadet college in Pakistan specifically for girls. Established by the Sindh Government, the college is dedicated to providing high-quality education and leadership training to young women. The college is inviting applications for various contract-based positions. All selections will be made on merit by the Selection Committee, and the college reserves the right to adjust the number of vacancies as needed.

We are currently looking to fill the following roles:

1. IT Technician (Female)
   Qualification: Bachelor’s in IT (experience preferred)
   Age Limit: 35 years
   Domicile: SBA Division
2. Drill Instructor (Male)
   Qualification: FA/F.Sc. with 5 years’ experience (preference given to Armed Forces background)
   Age Limit: 45 years
   Domicile: All Pakistan
3. Sports/Swimming Instructor (Female)
   Qualification: FA/F.Sc. with 5 years’ experience (preference given to Armed Forces background)
   Age Limit: 35 years
   Domicile: SBA Division
4. Staff Nurse (Female)
   Qualification: Registered Nurse with a Nursing Diploma (valid PNC registration)
   Age Limit: 30 years
   Domicile: SBA Division
5. Electrician (Male)
   Qualification: Trade Certificate with 5 years’ practical experience
   Age Limit: 35 years
   Domicile: SBA Division
6. Malhi (Male)
   Professional experience in the relevant field
   Age Limit: 35 years
   Domicile: SBA Division
7. Aya (Female)
   Qualification: Middle pass with 2 years’ experience
   Age Limit: 30 years
   Domicile: SBA Division
8. Naib Qasid (Male)
   Qualification: Middle pass with 2 years’ experience
   Age Limit: 35 years
   Domicile: SBA Division
9. Security Guard (Male)
   Qualification: Retired Army personnel preferred
   Age Limit: 30 years
   Domicile: SBA Division
10. Sanitary Worker (Male/Female)
    Professional experience in the relevant field
    Age Limit: 30 years
    Domicile: SBA Division
