We are looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the following positions in the Office of the Secretary, Board of Directors, based in Karachi.
Position 1: Section In-charge, Board Committees Wings (OG-II/OG-I)
Reporting to: Wing Head, Board Committees Wings
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international university, college, or institute by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of working experience in a Financial Institution, preferably in a Company Secretary Office or performing similar tasks.
Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and report writing skills, good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange Board committee meetings efficiently.
- Prepare draft minutes of meetings and maintain records of memos received.
- Coordinate with relevant groups for updates on decisions made by the Board Committees.
- Maintain and update official records, ensuring safekeeping and confidentiality.
- Ensure proper arrangements for scheduled meetings in the boardroom.
- Perform other assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Position 2: Staff Officer, Board Committees Wings (OG-III)
Reporting to: Section In-charge, Board Committees Wing
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international university, college, or institute by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 01 year of working experience in a Financial Institution, preferably in a Company Secretary Office.
Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and report writing skills, good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in arranging board committee meetings.

- Assist in coordinating with relevant groups for status updates on decisions made by the Board Committees.
- Maintain and update official records, ensuring their safekeeping and confidentiality.
- Assist in making arrangements for scheduled meetings in the board room.
- follow the supervisor’s instructions regarding other tasks.
Position 3: Support Officer, Management Credit Committee Wing (OG-III)
Reporting to: Department Head, Management Credit Committee Wing
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international university, college, or institute by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 01 year of banking experience, preferably in Credit Management (Corporate, Commercial, SME, or Retail Banking).
Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and report writing skills, good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Management Credit Committee (MCC) memos before receiving them from concerned groups.
- Maintain records by tracking and preparing notices, agendas, minutes, and extracts.
- Send draft minutes of meetings to concerned groups for vetting and follow-up.
- assist in keeping records of MCC meetings and respond to inquiries from pertinent authorities like SBP, NAB, FIA, etc. with the Chairman MCC’s approval.
- follow the supervisor’s instructions regarding other tasks.
Assessment Test/Interview(s): Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for tests or panel interviews.
Employment Type: Contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management. Selected candidates will receive compensation packages and benefits according to the bank’s policy.
