Position: IT Officer

Job Description:

• Install and configure new software and hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.).
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Ensure the security of all systems, particularly internet security, and manage antivirus protection.
• Diagnose and fix network faults; maintain network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to network users.
• Train staff on new IT systems and processes.
• Perform day-to-day administration and monitoring of network usage.
• Plan for future improvements and propose IT solutions to address business challenges.
• Ensure that all IT operations comply with industry standards.

Experience Required:
2-3 years of relevant experience.

Qualification:
BSCS, BSIT, or equivalent.
