Employing Style Textiles as an Administrative Facility Manager

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Admin Facility Manager to oversee our administrative team, including security guards, housekeeping staff, office boys, and drivers. The role involves managing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day administrative operations.
• Manage petty cash vouchers, courier services, general bills, and payments.
• Monitor security across all gates and handle vehicle management, timekeeping, and the movement of goods.
• Ensure services provided by the canteen, transport, security, and other contractors meet the agreed standards.
• Prepare and execute third-party audits such as CTPAT, WRAP, Brand Security, and other compliance and ESH-related brand audits.

Ideal Profile:

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
