The Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) invites applications from highly qualified candidates for the position of Financial Management Specialist for the Karachi Mobility Project (BRT-Yellow-Line), a World Bank-funded initiative. The role is offered on a contract basis for one year, with the potential for extension based on performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial matters related to the project, including accounting, financial consulting, audit services, and procurement of goods. The position requires close coordination with various government departments and agencies, including the Auditor General of Pakistan and the Accountant General’s office. Candidates with prior experience in dollar-funded or public sector projects, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills are strongly preferred.

• Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, finance consulting, audit, and experience with Finance Departments or public sector projects
