Available Positions
We are currently hiring for the following key roles:
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Head Office, Karachi
General Purpose
The CFO will lead SIEHS’s financial strategy, ensuring effective financial planning, budgetary control, and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of finance experience with corporate governance expertise.
- Membership in a recognized accounting institution.
- A law degree (LLM/LLB) will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a private sector firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with SECP regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Provide financial advice to the CEO and executive team for resource optimization.
2. Company Secretary (CS)
Location: Head Office, Karachi
General Purpose
The Company Secretary will oversee corporate governance, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and maintain accurate records of the organization’s operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Law (LLM/LLB) or Chartered Accountancy (CA).
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in corporate law and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance 1984 and Companies Act 2017.
- Maintain corporate records and support the Board of Directors in governance matters.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, including SECP and auditors.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Chief Financial Officer: Membership of a recognized accounting body with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Company Secretary: LLM/LLB or CA with experience in corporate governance and compliance.
Age Limit
- Minimum age of 32 years for both positions.
