We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager HR for our Home Textiles division at Utopia Industries (Private) Ltd., based at our head office in Karachi. As the Senior Manager of HR, you will lead and oversee HR practices that cultivate a high-performance, employee-orientated culture, focusing on productivity, empowerment, and goal attainment. You will be responsible for developing HR processes, metrics, and strategies that align with our business objectives. This is a leadership role that involves working closely with department heads and corporate HR to ensure seamless HR operations and regulatory compliance.
