Job Description

UNICOL Limited, a renowned manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager Mechanical for its Sugar Plant Site in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team to ensure smooth operations during crushing and off-season periods. Responsibilities include overseeing timely repairs and overhauls of machinery such as milling tandems, boilers, centrifugals, evaporators, pumps, and conveyors; supervising off-season projects, modifications, and capacity enhancement initiatives; and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. The role also involves preparing and monitoring annual maintenance budgets, ensuring compliance with ISO/HSE standards, and coordinating with procurement for the timely availability of spare parts and equipment. This is a leadership role for professionals with strong technical expertise, proven decision-making ability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
