Position: DM/Manager HR (Knitting)
Location: Sadaqat Group
Qualification:

• MBA in HR
• Certification in HR (preferred): IOS, SHRM-CP, SPHR
  Experience:
• 10-12 years of HR management experience in the textile sector
• Expertise in HR strategy, planning, compliance with labour laws, employee relations, and administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, strategic thinking, and performance management
• Experience with Social Compliance Audits based on textile industry standards is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage labour relations and ensure compliance with relevant laws
• Lead employee engagement and performance management efforts
• Oversee compliance audits in accordance with industry standards
