About Us: Reko Diq Mining Company, a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation, is embarking on the development of a world-class mining project at the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan. We are seeking high-caliber professionals to join our team and contribute to the success of this exceptional mining venture.

Position: Training Supervisor

Department: Health & Safety

Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a relevant field.
  • Certificate in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Certificate in Motor Vehicle Driver Training.
  • Certificate in Work Health and Safety (desirable).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training role, preferably within the mining or heavy engineering industries.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the country’s vocational education and training framework.
  • Knowledge of the Mining Safety and Health Act and related regulations.
  • Proficiency in industry standards within the training domain.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact effectively at the supervisory level.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and assess training programs to ensure compliance with RDMC standards.
  • Assisted in the development of training materials and provided feedback to trainees.
  • Report on training progress and conduct performance observations.
  • Manage training records and support incident investigations.
  • Enhance trainer proficiency and promote professional development among trainees.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure training standards are met and deliver educational programs as required.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of training activities while maintaining confidentiality.

Position: Import and Export Specialist

Department: Supply Chain

Location: Karachi

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in import/export operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of customs and export shipping regulations, including EPZA regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and ARIBA.
  • Certification in clearing, forwarding, and IATA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of import/export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, transportation, tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
