Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for monitoring, implementing, and ensuring food quality and safety protocols in processing areas. This role includes conducting Quality Management Systems audits and training staff on quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: BSc (Hons) or MSc (Hons) in Food Science and Technology or Meat Science and Technology from a recognised university.
• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within the food industry, preferably in the poultry sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
