QA-QC Lead

Job Description

We are hiring a QA-QC Lead for an exciting opportunity based inside Qatar with MADRE, a reputed organization known for delivering quality across ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The selected candidate will play a critical leadership role in managing QA/QC operations offshore, ensuring strict compliance with project-specific quality plans and procedures. You will be responsible for monitoring fabrication, installation, welding, and commissioning processes, coordinating with NDT technicians and QA/QC inspectors, and maintaining quality records and reports. Strong interfacing with client QA/QC teams and a focus on agile, high-standard delivery are essential aspects of the role.
