The Settlement and Digitization of Land Records (Merged Districts) invites applications from motivated individuals holding a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile for various project-based roles. These positions are on a fixed pay and contractual basis, contributing to a crucial project in land record settlement. If you have a background in revenue, particularly in land settlement, we encourage you to apply.

Available Positions

We are currently seeking applications for the following roles:

Settlement Tehsildar / Revenue Expert (BPS-16)
- Location: Merged Districts
- Vacancies: 1
- Qualifications: Retired Government Revenue Official, preferably a Tehsildar with relevant land settlement experience.
Settlement Tehsildar (BPS-16)
- Location: Merged Districts
- Vacancies: 4
- Qualifications: Retired Government Revenue Official, preferably a Tehsildar with land settlement expertise.
Girdawar (BPS-16)
- Location: Merged Districts
- Vacancies: 5
- Qualifications: Retired Girdawar with relevant experience in land settlement.
Patwari (BPS-14)
- Location: Merged Districts
- Vacancies: 40
- Qualifications: Retired Patwari or FA/F.Sc qualification along with Patwar course and 3 years’ experience in land settlement.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

For Tehsildar/Revenue Expert and Tehsildar positions, applicants must be retired Government Revenue Officials with extensive experience in land settlement, ideally as a Tehsildar.
For Girdawar, applicants must be retired Girdawar officials with a background in land settlement.
For Patwari, candidates should be retired Patwari or possess FA/F.Sc qualifications with a Patwar course and relevant experience.

Age Limit

Age relaxation will be granted according to government rules.

After completing the online application, a deposit slip with a token number will be generated.
Print the deposit slip and submit the fee through Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or any UBL branch.
Keep the original deposit slip for reference. There’s no need to send documents to the ETEA office.
Candidates will receive a notification to download their Roll Number Slips once the screening test is scheduled.
