As part of its restructuring and modernization plan, PIACL seeks a dynamic leader to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This pivotal role will help steer the airline toward success in the global aviation landscape.

Available Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (3 years, extendable)
Salary: Market-competitive with benefits

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

• Hold a graduate degree from an HEC-recognized institution in fields such as Science, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related disciplines, OR
• Be a member of a recognized professional accounting body, OR
• Be a professional or businessman with a degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

Work Experience

• At least 20 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Experience in aircraft operations, acquisition, sales, or upgrades in a reputable airline or aviation organization.
• At least 10 years in senior management roles, with a proven record of leadership.

Age Limit

• The candidate should be between 45 and 62 years old as of December 29, 2024.

Job Type

• Contract: The position is offered on a 3-year contract, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Job Location

• Head Office, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Islamabad, Pakistan.
