Available Position

We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Position Title: Additional Director Security (Equipment, Infrastructure/Quality Control/Audit)
Grade: EG-07
Number of Vacancies: One (01)

As an Additional Director Security, you will oversee security infrastructure, ensure quality control across security equipment, and lead audit processes in accordance with PAA’s standards. This role is crucial to maintaining the safety and efficiency of Pakistan’s airports.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate with a minimum 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
• Preferred qualifications in one of the following fields:
  • Security Management
  • Aviation Management
  • Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical)
  • Business Administration (with a focus on security or operations)

Professional Experience

• At least 20 years of relevant experience in security management, with expertise in:
  • Infrastructure management
  • Equipment quality control in large organizations, preferably in aviation or public sectors
• Leadership experience in managing national or regional security operations
• Experience with airport security or large-scale security infrastructure is a plus.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 54 years (including all age relaxations).

Contract Period and Pay

• Contract duration: 3 years (extendable).
• Lump sum pay: Rs. 479,370 per month with a 5% annual increment. Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
