PAID INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AT OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CORPORATION

The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), operating under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD), plays a vital role in facilitating manpower export and emigration under Government-to-Government (G-to-G) agreements. In alignment with the National Internship Program (NIP), OEC is offering paid internships for fresh graduates and postgraduates, providing them with practical skills and professional experience in a dynamic working environment.

Available Disciplines and Positions:

1. Management Sciences, 01 Position
2. Information Technology/Computer Science, 01 Position
3. Planning & Development, 01 Position
4. Finance, Accounting, and Economics—01 Position

Internship Duration:
The internship is initially for six months, with the possibility of an extension for an additional six months based on performance and the fulfillment of program objectives. The total duration of the internship will not exceed 12 months (1 year).

Eligibility Criteria and Monthly Remuneration:

• Education: Applicants must hold a degree from an HEC-recognized university. Specific qualifications required for each department include:
  • Graduate (14 Years of education): Rs. 20,000 per month
  • Postgraduate (16 Years of education): Rs. 25,000 per month
  • Specialization after Post Graduation (18 years of education): Rs. 30,000 per month
• Graduation Requirements: Candidates with degrees from HEC-recognized universities obtained within the last two years with a minimum of 3.0 CGPA or 70% marks are eligible, provided their qualifications align with the specified disciplines.
• Age Limit: Applicants should not be older than 30 years as of the application deadline.
• Gender: Both males and females are encouraged to apply.

General Terms and Conditions:

• Interns are responsible for arranging their laptops and transportation during the internship.
• Interns must join the program on a full-time basis and adhere to OEC’s prescribed rules and regulations, including official working hours and confidentiality requirements.
• Applicants are required to present original documents along with attested copies of degrees/certificates from HEC-recognized institutions at the time of the interview. Providing false information may lead to cancellation of candidature and legal action at any stage.
• The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing a reason.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the written test or interview.
• Information provided in the application form will be verified upon an offer of an appointment.

Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
