National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL), under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is a major player in Pakistan’s power sector. With assets over five hundred billion rupees, NPPMCL generates 2400 MW of electricity through two RLNG-based Combined Cycle Power Plants located in Balloki, District Kasur, and Haveli Bahadur Shah, District Jhang. NPPMCL is committed to delivering reliable and affordable electricity while maintaining top-tier standards of technology and service delivery.

We seek a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our team of professionals in managing our power plants and achieving our ambitious goals.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (PEC accredited) from an HEC-recognized university, OR
Master’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university, OR
Chartered Accountant (ICAP) or Cost and Management Accountant (ICMAP).

Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s PhD in the relevant disciplines from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in senior management, governance, business administration, or corporate/structured finance in a similar or sizeable commercial organization.
At least 3 years of experience as the head of a comparable organization is preferred.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 58 years as of the last date of application submission.

Job Type

Full-time, contract-based for a maximum term of 3 years, subject to applicable laws.

Job Location

Head Office: Lahore, overseeing plants in Balloki and Haveli Bahadur Shah.
