NATIONAL DATABASE & REGISTRATION AUTHORITY (NADRA)

NADRA invites applications from suitable candidates for the following positions:

Position: Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)
Maximum Age: 48 Years
Salary Range: PKR 263,200 – 500,000

Educational Background:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
• A Master’s degree will be preferred, especially in fields related to intelligence or law.
• Professional courses in enforcement and forensic investigations from reputable institutions are an advantage.

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• At least 8 years of experience in intelligence and forensic investigations.
• Must have held a senior management role in Pakistani law enforcement agencies, Intelligence Bureau (IB), Police, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Armed Forces, or other relevant organizations.
• Strong leadership, managerial, and strategic planning skills are essential.

Job Locations and Available Positions:

• Islamabad (2 positions)
• Sargodha (1 position)
• Sukkur (1 position)

Terms & Conditions:

1. The selected candidates will be hired on a contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
4. Providing false information will result in disqualification.
5. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
6. A 5-year age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit.
7. Government or Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
9. Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview. For foreign degrees, equivalency from HEC must be submitted.
10. Electronic gadgets, including mobile phones and smartwatches, are not allowed during the interview.
11. The deadline for submitting applications is 5th September 2024. Online applications are also accepted.
12. The role involves preventing illegal processing and identifying risks associated with CNIC processing.
