Available Positions

NADRA is hiring for the following positions:

1. Deputy Director (Business Analyst)
   • Age Limit: Maximum 44 years
   • Location: Islamabad
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (4 years from HEC recognized university). A Certified Business Analysis Professional is preferred.
   • Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
2. Deputy Director (Artificial Intelligence)
   • Age Limit: Maximum 44 years
   • Location: Islamabad
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (4 years from an HEC-recognized university). IBM Deep Learning Certification is preferred.
   • Experience: 7-10 years in AI development, machine learning, or data science.
3. Deputy Director (JAVA Development)
   • Age Limit: Maximum 44 years
   • Location: Islamabad
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (4 years from an HEC-recognized university). Oracle Certified JAVA Professional is preferred.
   • Experience: 7-10 years as a Senior JAVA Developer with hands-on experience in modern development frameworks like Spring Boot, microservices, and Java multithreading.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• All candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IBM Deep Learning, or Oracle Certified JAVA Professional will be highly regarded.

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit for all positions is 44 years. (5 years of age relaxation included).

Job Type

• Contractual positions with an initial contract period of 5 years (extendable based on performance and project needs).

Job Location

• Islamabad, Pakistan.
