Available Positions:
1. Wing Head – Pension & Investment (VP)
Reporting to: Divisional Head – Compensation & Benefits (C&BD)
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international institution. Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Public Administration or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Human Resources, Banking, or Finance, with at least 05 years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll, or Pension Funds.
- Skills: Expertise in Pension & Investment processes, HR Operations, Microsoft Office proficiency, and SAP-HCM knowledge (preferred).
- Key Responsibilities: Supervise pension benefits, manage pension fund accounts, ensure timely pension disbursement, address grievances, and manage pension fund investments.
2. Manager, Compensation & Benefits (AVP)
Reporting to: Wing Head, Compensation & Benefits (C&BD)
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international institution. Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Public Administration or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 06 years in Human Resources, Banking, or Finance, with at least 03 years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or Payroll.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits processes, HR Operations, Microsoft Office proficiency, and SAP-HCM knowledge (preferred).
- Key Responsibilities: Manage final settlements, pension benefits processing, assist with medical claims, handle staff loans, and ensure data accuracy in relevant HR MIS.
