Available Positions

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1. Assistant Director (Corporate Affairs)

Age Limit: Up to 37 years
Salary Range: Competitive (based on experience)

2. Deputy Assistant Director (Corporate Affairs)

Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary Range: Competitive (based on experience)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Assistant Director (Corporate Affairs):
- ACCA (Training Completed) or CAF (Articles Completed)
Deputy Assistant Director (Corporate Affairs):
- ACCA (Training Completed) or CAF (Articles Completed)

Professional Experience

Assistant Director (Corporate Affairs):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate affairs, including at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Deputy Assistant Director (Corporate Affairs):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate affairs, with at least 1 year in a related field.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of corporate affairs, compliance, and governance.
Ability to manage board meetings, issue notices, and handle statutory requirements.
Experience in compliance reporting and risk management.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with the Companies Act 2017 and other regulatory requirements.

Job Type

Full-time, contract-based (initial 5-year contract with a 6-month probation period).

Islamabad, Pakistan.
