The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites qualified individuals to apply for various positions under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP), financed by the World Bank. This program aims to enhance Pakistan’s revenue-raising capacities, and the selected consultants will play a vital role in its execution. In various sectors, consultants are required for key positions such as Project Director and Project Manager for Track and Trace Systems (TTS). Applicants with strong project management skills, IT expertise, and experience in large-scale public sector projects are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Location: Federal Board of Revenue, Islamabad, Pakistan
Education & Experience:
- Project Director: Master’s or BS (4 years) in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a relevant field. Minimum 15 years of experience, with 5 years in a public sector regulatory environment. PMP certification is mandatory.
- Project Manager: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields, minimum 10 years of experience, with expertise in project management, IT infrastructure, and regulatory requirements of Track and Trace Systems. PMP certification is preferred.
- M&E Specialist, IT Specialist, Data Analyst: Relevant degrees and at least 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, IT systems management, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks, particularly within public sector projects.
