The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSR&C), Government of Pakistan, invites applications to fill the following positions under the PSDP Project titled “Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center” in Islamabad. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking initiative in Pakistan’s healthcare system. All appointments will be made on a contract basis for a period of three years or until the project is completed.

Available Positions

We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill the following positions:

Chief Operating Officer (PPS-11)
Bio-medical Engineer (PPS-11)
Chief Technology Officer (PPS-11)
Chief Finance Officer (PPS-11)
Account Officer (PPS-7)
Office Secretary (PPS-7)
Naib Qasid (PPS-2)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications

Chief Operating Officer:
- MBBS and Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bio-medical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Chief Technology Officer:
- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Chief Finance Officer:
- ACCA, Chartered Accountant, or a Master’s degree in finance/accounting.
Account Officer:
- B.Com / BBA (Finance/Accounts) from an HEC-recognized university.
Office Secretary:
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration, or English. Master’s degree or certification in office management is preferred.
Naib Qasid:
- Minimum education: Middle pass.

Age Limit

Maximum age for Chief Operating Officer, Bio-medical Engineer, and Chief Technology Officer: 60 years.
Maximum age for Account Officer and Office Secretary: 40 years.
Maximum age for Naib Qasid: 30 years.

Job Type
