Prime Minister’s Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C in Pakistan

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination invites applications from eligible candidates for various positions under the “Prime Minister’s Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C infection in Pakistan.” The positions will be based in Islamabad on a contract basis for a duration of 3 years.

Available Positions

1. Project Director
   • Scale: PPS 12/BPS 22
   • Age Limit: 45-55 years
   • Qualification: MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health or Social Sciences (HEC recognized)
   • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in Project Management
2. Project Manager
   • Scale: PPS 10/BPS 20
   • Age Limit: 40-55 years
   • Qualification: MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health, Social Sciences, or Project Management
   • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience
3. IT/Data Manager
   • Scale: PPS 9/BPS 19
   • Age Limit: 40-50 years
   • Qualification: BS Hons with M.Sc. in Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent (HEC recognized)
   • Experience: 10 years in Data Processing/Data Science
4. Procurement Manager/Specialist
   • Scale: PPS 9/BPS 19
   • Age Limit: 40-50 years
   • Qualification: MBA in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management (HEC recognized)
   • Experience: 10 years in procurement management, preferably in health-related projects
5. Finance Manager
   • Scale: PPS 9/BPS 19
   • Age Limit: 35-45 years
   • Qualification: MBA in Finance or CA/ACCA/CMA (HEC recognized)
   • Experience: 10 years in financial management, preferably in health-related projects
6. Communication Specialist
   • Scale: PPS 9/BPS 19
   • Age Limit: 40-50 years
   • Qualification: Master’s in Mass Communication or Journalism (HEC recognized)
   • Experience: 10 years in communication strategy development
7. M&E Officer
   • Scale: PPS 8/BPS 18
   • Age Limit: 35-45 years
   • Qualification: Master’s in Public Health, Demographics, or equivalent (HEC recognized)
   • Experience: 8 years in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in health-related projects
8. Training Officer
   • Scale: PPS 8/BPS 18
   • Age Limit: 35-45 years
   • Qualification: MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health (HEC recognized)
   • Experience: 8 years in organizing health-related training events
9. Data Assistant
   • Scale: PPS 7/BPS 17
   • Age Limit: 25-35 years
   • Qualification: BS Hons in Statistics, Economics, or Data Science (HEC recognized)
   • Experience: 5 years in data analysis and management
10. Finance Officer
    • Scale: PPS 7/BPS 17
    • Age Limit: 25-35 years
    • Qualification: BS Hons in finance or equivalent (HEC recognized)
    • Experience: 5 years in financial management
11. Admin Officer
    • Scale: PPS 7/BPS 17
    • Age Limit: 25-35 years
    • Qualification: BS Hons in Business Administration (HEC recognized)
    • Experience: 5 years in administration
12. Office Assistant
    • Scale: PPS 5/BPS 15
    • Age Limit: 25-35 years
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Science/Arts)
    • Experience: 3 years as an office assistant
13. Office Boy
    • Scale: PPS 1/BPS 1-4
    • Age Limit: 25-35 years
    • Qualification: Matriculation (Science/Arts)
    • Experience: 3 years as an office boy
