The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Islamabad, is seeking qualified, energetic, experienced, and motivated individuals for appointment on a contract basis against the following project positions as per the Project Position Scale Policy.

Vacant Positions:

1. Deputy Director (IT) – PPS-08
   • Number of Posts: 01
   • Qualification: 1st Class or Grade ‘B’ Master’s degree in Computer Science, BCS (04-years), IT, Computing, Electronics, or equivalent.
   • Experience: 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in project management, ICT, LAN, web, or software.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
2. Technical Assistant – PPS-06
   • Number of Posts: 01
   • Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Commerce, Arts, Computer Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
   • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience, including design, installation, and maintenance of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
   • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
3. IT Assistant – PPS-05
   • Number of Posts: 02
   • Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
   • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
   • Age Limit: 18-25 years
4. Data Entry Operator – PPS-05
   • Number of Posts: 01
   • Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree with Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics from a recognized university.
   • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour for data entry/verification.
   • Age Limit: 18-25 years
5. Upper Division Clerk – PPS-04
   • Number of Posts: 01
   • Qualification: Intermediate with a minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m. and a 3-week Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB.
   • Experience: At least 2 years in a lower grade.
   • Age Limit: 18-25 years
6. Dispatch Rider – PPS-01
   • Number of Posts: 01
   • Qualification: Primary pass with a valid driving license and well-versed in traffic rules.
   • Age Limit: 18-30 years
