The Crescent Textile Mills Limited (Ocrestex) is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Manager Human Resources. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Human Resources and have 8–10 years of relevant experience in HR management. This role is pivotal for overseeing talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits, as well as compliance with labor laws. The successful candidate will also manage EOBI and social security contributions and will be instrumental in driving organizational development, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. A strong understanding of labour law, Oracle systems, and HRMS development is essential.
