Position: Assistant Manager, Washing

Location: Lahore

Division: Garments

Join our dynamic team and participate in our journey towards excellence in the Garments Division. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager—Washing to oversee and manage washing processes to meet our quality standards and timelines.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team for sample verification against customer requirements.
• Manage the floor operations and ensure correct shade matching for final and random washes.
• Evaluate the previous day’s production targets; identify and address any shortfalls.
• Ensure the department meets the Garments Washing Process (GWP) lead time within the specified criteria.
• Oversee that all processes adhere to established SOPs and quality parameters.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of washing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform under pressure.
