Assistant Manager Quality Control (Microbiology & Sanitation)

Requirements:

Education:

• BSc./MSc. in Microbiology

Experience:

• The ideal candidate must be capable of conducting all microbiological tests, including aseptic product testing, in compliance with regulatory and statutory standards.
• Should be able to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage records, and train staff on microbial and sanitation standards.
• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
