Job Description
Iqra University, one of Pakistan’s leading institutions, is seeking an Incubation Officer for its IU CORE program at the Main Campus. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fostering entrepreneurial growth and supporting startups. As an Incubation Officer, you will work closely with new ventures, providing resources, mentorship, and guidance to help them scale. This role requires managing the day-to-day operations of the incubation program, organizing events, and facilitating strategic connections to ensure the success of incubated startups.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Business Administration
- Experience: 1 year of experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Key Skills: Knowledge of Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, strong communication skills, and organisational abilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the incubation program, including organising workshops, coaching, and startup training sessions.
- Support the development of entrepreneurial programmes to enhance incubator services.
- Conduct market analysis to develop and execute growth strategies for incubated startups.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new founders and provide ongoing daily support.
- Build and manage a mentor network to guide startups in areas such as business modeling, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Plan and execute events such as networking opportunities, workshops, and pitch days.
- Maintain relationships with alumni startups and track progress.
- Collaborate with the communications team for social media updates on program activities.
