Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Education, or Public Policy.
• 5-7 years of experience in planning, delivering, and managing large-scale educational projects, ideally within the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee educational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage project life cycles, including procurement of services and materials, reporting, evaluation, and team management.
• Ensure effective financial management and budgeting.
• Utilise technology for efficient project delivery and team collaboration.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
• Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, performance management, and coaching.
• Ability to guide and advise teams in overcoming project challenges.
