Four Brothers Group Pakistan is looking for a skilled HR Officer to join our Head Office in Lahore. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing digital and physical employee files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Your duties include updating employee records with employment contracts, performance reviews, and training documentation, assisting in onboarding and exit processes, supporting HR audits, maintaining the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and generating reports for the HR team and management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
