Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote products effectively.
• Continuously analyse market trends and customer needs to increase market share.
• Identify key market segments and develop targeted plans to establish market leadership.
• Collaborate closely with team members and various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform product, therapeutic area, and sales analysis to support data-driven decisions.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Behaviours:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing/brand management (preferably in the diabetes segment).
• Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique marketing solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
