Happilac Paints is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive (Operations) to join our team at the factory in Faisalabad. The selected candidate will assist in the smooth operation of human resource functions, including payroll preparation, social security, and EOBI management, and will support the Assistant Manager HR in handling the ERP (HR Module). This role suits candidates with a passion for HR operations and a drive for excellence.
Job Details

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Experience: Up to 3 years in HR operations or a similar role
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of payroll for factory employees
- Management of Social Security, EOBI, and other administrative tasks
- Assist AM HR in day-to-day operations
- Support AM HR in managing the ERP (HR Module)
Job Specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, particularly HR modules
