Job Opportunity at Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB&GIF)

The Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB&GIF) is inviting applications from qualified individuals for the following position at the Benevolent Fund Tower, Blue Area, Islamabad. The initial contract period is two years, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Applicants must meet the criteria outlined below before applying.

Position: Project Director (BS-20)

• Number of Posts: 1 (Contract basis)
• Required Qualification:
  • University degree in civil engineering/electrical/mechanical engineering from a recognized university with a first division.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in constructing high-rise projects.
  • Sound knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Additionally advantageous are a PEC-recognized degree, additional certifications in engineering management and project management, as well as Primavera knowledge.
• Upper Age Limit: 52 years
• Quota: Merit
• Pay Package: Fixed salary, market-based, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and abilities.
