Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Positions require a minimum of 16 years of education in relevant fields such as Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, etc., from an HEC-recognized university.
Candidates with foreign qualifications recognized by HEC will be preferred for certain positions.

Experience

Varies by position. For senior roles, such as General Manager, candidates should have 12+ years of experience, including 4 years at the departmental head level.
Mid-level positions like AM Networks require 3+ years of relevant experience in well-established public/private organizations.
Field-specific certifications and relevant practical experience are an advantage.

Age Limit

Age limits range from 35 to 45 years, depending on the role.
Age relaxations may be provided per government regulations.
