Applications from Pakistani nationals are invited on the prescribed proforma to fill the following vacancies:

1. Assistant Director (MCO) (BS-17)

• Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Media Sciences, or any related field from an HEC-recognized institution. At least 3 years of relevant experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with additional relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years, including general age relaxation.
• Domicile: Punjab-02, Sindh-01, Balochistan-01.
• Place of Posting: Liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan.
• Number of Posts: 04

2. Creative Writers with English/Urdu Typing Skills (BS-14)

• Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, or any other relevant social sciences subject. At least 2 years of experience in digital/social media content writing, blogging, concept/script writing for documentaries, and report writing. Proficiency in MS Word and In-page is required. Bilingual candidates (English and Urdu) will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
• Domicile: Open Merit.
• Place of Posting: Liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan.
• Number of Posts: 01

Instructions:

1. Applicants may apply through the ECP’s Online Recruitment System by visiting www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk within 20 days of the advertisement publication.
2. A hard copy must be submitted in addition to the online application; otherwise, the application will be considered ineligible.
3. Submit the hard copy of the application in the prescribed format, along with CVs, educational and experience certificates, CNIC, and a recent passport-sized photograph, to PO Box No.1418, GPO, Islamabad, within 25 days of publication. Clearly mention the position applied for on the envelope.
4. Late applications will not be entertained.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
6. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or increase/decrease the number of vacancies without providing a reason.
7. Test/interview stations will be decided based on the number of candidates.
8. The upper age limit will be relaxed (except for the already included 5 years) as per the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.
