Eastern Scientific Corporation is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced GM – Operations to join our dynamic team. As the GM – Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive performance, productivity, and compliance. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, oversee key metrics to ensure operational excellence, and manage budgets to enhance overall profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharmaceuticals—preferably within AgriTech, Health Tech, or the Scientific sector—and be capable of driving process improvements across departments. Candidates with a dual degree in MBA and a Bachelor’s in Science are highly encouraged to apply.
