This pivotal role involves developing employee engagement initiatives, improving HR communication, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for crafting and enforcing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, leading payroll processes, designing impactful training programs, supporting talent management, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs. This role requires close collaboration with department heads to achieve business objectives and attract top talent.
