Job Description

Kamal Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager – Cutting Production to join our dynamic team at our Sahianwala, Faisalabad facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing daily cutting plans aligned with PPC guidelines. The role involves ensuring fabric approvals, conducting shrinkage analysis, and issuing accurate markers. The selected candidate will oversee the availability and management of fabric, from proper stacking to smooth workflow across spreading, cutting, bundling, and dispatch to embellishment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring cut part movements, identifying and resolving cutting faults, managing PO closures, reconciling fabric, and overseeing WIP material handover. Candidates with a strong grip on fabric properties, shrinkage handling, and marker planning in a knitwear environment will be prioritized.
