Job Description

FF Steel, a renowned manufacturer of Grade 60 Steel Bars with state-of-the-art production facilities in Lahore and Peshawar, is looking for a seasoned professional to lead its HR & Administration Department at the national level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing all HR, administrative, and legal affairs of the company. This senior-level role requires a visionary leader to help drive a KPI-oriented culture and implement digital HR solutions across the organization. The role demands an in-depth understanding of HR best practices, Pakistani labor laws, and the ability to manage people, policies, and performance in a manufacturing environment.
