Position: Branch Manager, Bread & Beyond
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the bakery outlet’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Ensure customers enjoy a positive shopping experience and swiftly resolve any issues or complaints.
- They led, trained, and inspired bakery staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards.
- Conduct routine stock checks and keep precise inventory records.
- Enforce all safety, health, and food handling procedures among staff.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the food, beverage, or bakery sectors.
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
