The Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to support the Social Protection Development Project (SPDP) through the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). - Regional Outreach Coordinator (Punjab, Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK)
- Evaluation Specialist (HQ)
- Risk Management Specialist (HQ)
Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
- Training Specialist (HQ)
- Advanced degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
- 8-10 years of experience in training programs related to social protection or poverty alleviation.
- Training Coordinator (HQ)
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of professional experience in training or communications.
- Regional Outreach Coordinators
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Public Relations.
- 10 years of experience in media management, preferably within government or international agencies.
- Evaluation Specialist (HQ)
- Master’s degree in public policy, economics, or related fields.
- 10 years of relevant experience in the development sector with strong expertise in social sector programs.
- Risk Management Specialist (HQ)
- Master’s degree in social policy, public policy, economics, or related fields.
- Proven track record of risk management in large social programs.
2. Age Limit
There is no specific age limit, but candidates should possess the experience and qualifications required for their respective roles.
3. Job Type
These positions are contract-based and linked to the duration of the Social Protection Development Project.
4. Job Location
Positions are based at BISP Headquarters (HQ) in Islamabad and various regional offices across Pakistan.
