Ministerial/Manual Staff Recruitment in Balochistan Police, Kalat Range

The Balochistan Police, Kalat Range, invites applications to fill the following vacant positions. Applicants can submit separate forms for each position. Eligible candidates who meet the criteria can submit their forms at their district police office under the DIGP Khuzdar.

1. Junior Clerk (BPS-11):
   • Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent education
   • Typing Speed: 35 words per minute
   • Computer Certificate: 6-month course from a recognized institution
2. Naib Qasid (BPS-01):
   • Qualification: Middle pass (Matriculation preferred)
3. Class-IV Positions:
   • Cooks, Watermen, and Sanitation Workers (specific to districts Khuzdar and Surab)
   • Qualification: Literate, minimum middle pass, with relevant experience

General Instructions:

1. Only candidates with a local domicile of the Kalat Range are eligible to apply.
2. Application forms can be obtained and submitted at the relevant district office.
3. The application form fee is Rs. 300; photocopies of forms will not be accepted.
4. All applications must be submitted at the DIGP Khuzdar office during office hours within 20 days of the advertisement’s publication.
5. The age of candidates should not be less than 18 or more than 28; however, upper age relaxation as per the Government of Balochistan’s policy will be applicable.
6. Dates and locations for written and technical exams will be announced later through advertisement.
7. No TA/DA will be provided for test and interview participation.
8. Attach copies of all educational certificates, computer shorthand diploma, CNIC, local domicile, and two passport-sized photographs with the application form.
9. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
10. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
11. Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
12. A 5% quota for women, disabled persons, and minorities is reserved per the abovementioned vacancies.
13. The department reserves the right to cancel all or any of the vacancies at any time.
