Union Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching Station Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of company-owned retail outlets (COCO stations) across fuel and non-fuel services. This role requires someone with a solid background in OMC retail sales, preferably within the oil & gas industry, and proven expertise in driving sales performance, managing costs, and ensuring high service standards. You’ll be expected to analyze KPIs, conduct site audits, lead recruitment and training initiatives, and ensure full compliance with safety and operational protocols.
