Hoechst Pakistan Limited (formerly Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Limited) is looking for a manager/assistant manager of Treasury Operations to join our team in Karachi.

Job Description:

As a key member of the Treasury team, you will manage financial facilities, report cash flow positions, and assist in preparing debt exposure and stock reports. Your role will also include negotiating FX rates, managing liquidity, and coordinating with internal and external auditors. The position requires a solid understanding of treasury operations, investment management, and banking principles.

Job Details:

• Position Title: Manager/Assistant Manager, Treasury Operations
• Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
• Location: Karachi
• Education: ACCA/ACA/MBA Finance
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financing, debt exposure, and stock reports.
• Manage financing facilities (Running Finance, Short-Term Loans, LCs, Bank Guarantees).
• Negotiate FX rates for Letters of Credit and bank contracts.
• Report daily cash flow positions and ensure liquidity for payments.
• Liaise with auditors, lawyers, and financial institutions regarding financing.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of mutual fund investments and Treasury operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
